During a trip to Amara spa I noticed a leaflet about a Nutritionist.  I spoke to you about it and arranged a time to see Lorraine.

I found the experience excellent and I have no doubt that it accelerated my recovery.  We had to examine in detail everything I was eating (and although it was healthy) the combinations of food were causing my energy levels to severely change through-out the day.  Lorraine helped me to understand the right foods I need to eat and the frequency at which I needed to eat.  I would have no hesitation recommending her and I look forward to another visit with her.  There is no doubt she is an expert and even to check my current nutrition from time to time would be an investment.
